Espresso is much more than a strong caffeine shot. If it is extracted correctly, you will have several sensations performing a dance on your palette. There is the aroma, taste of various bean flavors, mouth feel and then the sigh of satisfaction. It should not leave a bitter aftertaste.
The MochaJo Espresso is exceptional. We have combined the light roasted Brazil bean as our base. Add a little Papua New Guinea and some fruity flavors from Ethiopian Natural, and you have that dance of flavors in your mouth.
